Taking a break from the Christmas ball series to bring you this fun and easy Christmas craft. Do you have a lot of old sheet music in your house that you have no idea what to do with? Well today I’m going to teach you how to use it to make a beautiful Christmas tree decoration. First take your piece of sheet music and cut off the top and bottom portions that do not contain music notes. Next I took a pair of fancy scissors and cut along the bottom making a pretty pattern but this is completely optional if you don’t have fancy scissors. Next fold your sheet music into a cone shape and tape it at the top. Then grab a wooden skewer or any kind of thick stick and tape it inside your cone. For the stand cut a square shape off of a foam block and wrap it in Christmas wrapping paper as if it is a present. Then poke your tree right through the stand as far as it can go without going all the way through. For a star draw or trace a star on a piece of yellow or gold foam, cut it out and glue a craft jewel in the middle. Lastly put a doiley under it when you display it and put Christmas figurines around it if desired.
Merry Christmas!
Creatively yours,
Colleen🎄🎶
